Make a schedule
One of the most effective ways to get yourself to work – is to use the calendar counting down the days in which you will count the days from the established date descending. If you know how much time you have to finish the work and smash it with separate dates (no matter who they are installed – you or the chairman of the committee), then you are unlikely to result in confusion of the work large scale.
Write a little every day
Write 30 pages in two weeks – a difficult task, but if you write 500 words a day, you will easily be able to meet the deadline. Try not to get frustrated and do not delay the work, as over the time it can become impracticable.
Try to follow the Pomodoro Technique
Many people who have problems with self-motivation, consider it a highly productive and are working on a “method of Tomato”. The basic idea is that you are totally focused on the work for 25 minutes and then do a 5-minute break. So you do the work by parts, and will not complain of fatigue, which is inevitable when working on large and long-term project.
